With over 15 years of experience in organizational development and talent management strategy. Ashleigh has partnered with organizations of all sizes and stages—from start-ups to established institutions—across the United States and internationally.

Prior to founding Versa Impact Group, Ashleigh worked with FUSE Corps, partnering with city and county administrators across several major U.S. cities and counties to narrow racial, economic, and social disparities within historically underserved communities. Notably, Ashleigh also served as the Executive Director of Talent Management for San Antonio ISD in Texas, where she developed and led a comprehensive talent management strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the district’s 40,000+ students.

Now, as the founder and Lead Consultant at Versa Impact Group, Ashleigh partners with organizations to develop strategic plans, measure impact, and establish systems and processes that operationalize their mission-driven goals. Ashleigh is also the proud mother of a son in college and a devoted dog mom to Stax, named after the iconic Stax Recording Studio in Memphis—a cornerstone of music history.
